On March 1, 2025, Altrusa of Gig Harbor’s Empty Bowls will celebrate our 10th year of bringing together amazing local artisans who make and donate bowls, local restaurants who donate soup and many volunteers who share in a common goal. Participants know that their purchase of a hand-made bowl provides local nonprofits with funds to alleviate hunger for families in need and helps to fund our Summer Lunch Program. This is truly a community event that touches many families.

Free Parking for all, come to the upper level of the church and look for signage. With your purchase of a bowl, you will receive two tickets for soup and bread. You will be given a paper bowl at the soup stand of your choice.
