It's fall, my favorite time of year. Football, crisp air leading to sunny afternoons, and trees parting with their green leaves for brighter colors. It's also time for families everywhere to seek out the perfect pumpkin, scoop its guts and carve it, light it, enjoy it, and then watch it decompose (gross!).
