I wanted something they would actually want to take daily, and most kids don’t like taking a boring plain looking vitamin just because “it’s good for you.” It needs to be yummy and fun! Since I am already a fan of Emergen-C products (that are available at Target) I thought it was brilliant that Emergen-C decided to develop gummies for kids. So, it was a real treat when we were asked to review the Emergen-C Kidz Immune+ Gummies.
Emergen-C Kidz Immune+ Gummies are available in Fun-tastic fruit flavor. Some are sweet and some are tart, and they are all shaped like fruits! The gummies provide high potency vitamin C and vitamin D for immune support* and B vitamins. While these are great-tasting dietary supplements, they do need to be used with parent supervision and kept out of reach of children.

Does your child need immune support year-round?
I’d say just about everyone can use the support now and throughout the entire year. I truly believe in dietary supplements being a key factor in supporting wellness – especially something with vitamins and minerals in it.
What does supporting my immune system look like?
In my opinion, it looks like this:
- Taking vitamins or dietary supplements, such as Emergen-C products.
- Getting enough sleep. Or more than usual.
- Staying hydrated. I try to drink TONS of water.
