Masks required in library buildings (5 and older). Following Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department’s directive and the State of Washington’s order, the Pierce County Library System requires the public and staff, regardless of vaccination, to wear masks to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
Children ages 2-4 are strongly encouraged to wear a mask per the Department of Health.
Also, per public health directives, masks are required outdoors where physical distancing isn’t possible.
