Have you heard of gut health? If not, definitely do some research on the importance of gut health and the impact it has on our overall health. Align Kids Probiotic is recommended for kids ages 4 and up. When I had my 8-year-old niece try them out she LOVED them. Take note that, for safety, you will need to put these away just like you would with any other chewable or yummy vitamin, medicine, etc. Otherwise, you might discover they ingested more than you wish because they taste “like candy” according to my niece. Be sure to use as directed.
Probiotics are a lifestyle: I’ll feel better getting the kids on probiotics while they are young and living with me so they can make it a lifelong habit themselves. Let me tell you, we need all the reinforcements we can get these days when it comes to our health and, from what I have read, probiotics certainly aren’t going to hurt anything. Adults too? I grabbed myself the Align Dualbiotic with prebiotic and probiotic. The dual action is for kids 12 and up. What it does is the prebiotics nourish EXISTING good bacteria and the probiotic component just adds more of the good bacteria.
