A little about Teaching Toys and Books
Customers rely on Teaching Toys and Books for its large selection of high-quality playthings, particularly from European manufacturers like Kathe Kruse and HABA. Valla and I love to travel and have visited toy stores all over the world. We're constantly poring over new items, seeing if we can bring them into the U.S., explained Melissa. We're especially fond of handmade German toys; our customers are, too. When they buy a gift here that was handmade in Germany, they know that no one else at the baby shower they're taking it to will show up with the same gift.
The store is also known for being especially broad in its offerings. It offers many different types of toys and games for all ages -including young adults and teens; and there's a range of price points in every category. We try to offer something for everyone, from the kid whoís looking to spend a little of his pocket money up to bigger items that even an adult might have to save up for, said Melissa.
